Aggressive and dangerous driver.  Firstly at Morden he refused to accept a disabled passenger despite several passengers alerting him to her presence.  His driving was very aggressive, lurching, sharply accelerating and braking.  Swearing at other road users.  Approaching St Helier hospital he was tailgating a cyclist, getting within inches of his ( Read more... )
